Violent Arrest at University of Western Ontario on You Tube

London, Ont. – Officials at the University of Western Ontario in this southwestern Ontario city are defending the violent arrest of a student captured on a video circulating on YouTube.

The video shows the student being held down in a campus building on Wednesday and pummeled by at least five campus and city police officers.

Officers are seen kneeing the student aggressively in the torso, beating him on the back with batons and punching him hard up to a dozen times.

At least one officer is heard yelling “Stop resisting,” and then, “Give us your arm.”

Elgin Austen, the head of campus police, told a news conference Thursday that by the time he arrived during the arrest, he didn’t see “anything out of order” with the level of force being applied.

(Lee: So while I’m not a huge fan of police, honestly if I was going to school at the University and some retard barricaded himself in a classroom, and then police showed up to arrest the retard, at that point its open season!  Really, how the hell do you know if this kid was going to shoot the place up? Or blow himself up or something. The police tackled this kid and tried to arrest him however the kid wouldn’t co-operate and instead he got the living shit kicked out of him until they were able to cuff him. In this case the police were actually doing their job, protect the students.

If it was some random dude then okay, but this stupid fuck barricaded himself in a classroom and then resisted arrest. I mean I never went to University, but even I know you don’t resist arrest. You know you will get beat down if you do, so either way you’re going to get arrested why resist it?  The stupid kids that videotaped this shit and call it police brutality probably are the same damn kids that weren’t allowed to watch the Simpsons growing up because of the violence. They probably have never lived in an area where it is a normal thing to see random people get knocked the fuck out for the fun of it. They probably grew up all Scooby Doo like in Forest Hill. Mommy and Daddy made sure they had a silver spoon in their mouth when they came out of their daddy’s nut sack.

Listen don’t get me wrong, I ain’t mad that you grew up without fear and without violence in your lives. Grew up with your first car being purchased by your mommy or daddy at a BMW dealership. “Hey son do you want a Mazda 323?”, “No way daddy only the loser kids at school drive 323’s, it better be at least an M3 or higher.” Look, really? Eventually these kids will be running the fucking country and this is the stupid ass shit that people like myself will have to deal with. Kid’s crying bloody murder because a terrorist gets put in jail, or a kid accidentally guns down a church full of nuns. No don’t hurt him, he made a mistake.

Look. that kid is lucky I’m not a cop because I would have just tasered the shit out of that mother fucker. Maybe this fool kid will understand that next time you try and take a classroom hostage be prepared to get beat down. Shit, if the kid didn’t resist arrest he wouldn’t even got beat. I mean what, the cops should just lay on the kid and wait until he finally says “okay, I wont fight back no more”. Beat that mother fucker, smash his head right into the concrete floor if you have to. Shit all he got was some bruises. Fuck, I got beat harder by my own father for doing far less then that. For the stupid University students that complained about this guy getting beat up, I just want to know your thoughts. What if this guy barricaded himself in the classroom and had a gun? Would you still feel the same way?  How the hell did you all know he didn’t have a gun? I mean, should the cops ask first? Hey, just want to make sure you don’t have a gun in there, do you?  Nope I don’t.  Okay, he said he doesn’t, we should just leave him.

I’m tired of this world. You don’t want fighting in hockey,  don’t want violence. Hey I’m not for violence either but seriously it happens, and no matter what you do you wont get rid of it. I think some of these kids that are complaining about this should be put into a ring to fend for themselves and see who resorts to violence then.

I hope this kid gets thrown in jail and never goes back to University. But unfortunately this kids parents will cry a river,  it’s racist or its wrong, he did nothing wrong and shouldn’t have been beaten like that. Fuck him, and his parents and anyone that would stick up for this mother fucker.

VANCOUVER — The maker of the Taser stun gun is categorically rejecting assertions the high-voltage weapon had anything to do with the 2007 death of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski.

In it’s final submission to the public inquiry into Dziekanski’s death exactly two years ago Wednesday, Taser International Inc. also slams the commission for perceived unfairness in letting “novel theories” and speculative evidence about his death go largely unchallenged.

Taser’s lawyers told inquiry commissioner Thomas Braidwood on Tuesday that current medical and scientific research on sudden death during restraint excludes the weapon as the cause of death.

“The Taser device is the latest in a long line of police tools to be scrutinized in respect of sudden in-custody death,” the U.S.-based company’s submission says.

Cops target cyclists for breaking rules of the road during marathon blitz

Of that 184 tickets police issued to cyclists, 49 went to bikers whose bikes didn’t have a working bell. Forty of the tickets were issued because the cyclist didn’t have proper working lights, and 38 were issued to cyclists who were riding on the sidewalk. Other citations were given to cyclists who didn’t stop at red lights or who made improper lane changes.

It’s part of West’s effort to emphasize the fact that bikes need to make themselves obvious on the road. It’s a stance he repeats several times during the enforcement blitz.
