Yesterday while I was pumping gas at an Esso gas station I watched two white guys get into an argument.
This was not the argument that you would think, the argument was polite and the reason they were arguing? The white guy walking out of the Esso held the door for the white guy walking in. Then the one walking in said no after you….. and the white guy holding the door for the other white guy said… no no after you sir. They stood on either sides of the door with one white dude holding the door the other standing on the other side back and forth saying no after you. This went on for about 5 minutes while this was going on a whole family of Indians walked in and said nothing …seconds later a Indian women walked in said nothing all the while this retarded white man is still holding the door open and the other white guy is saying thank you … but after you .. LOL.. I laughed my stupid ass off.
Look, while it is nice to see some people still have a caring heart to think about the next person and hold the door for them, this is just stupid after the guy coming in said no after you .. just walk through man. The Indian family that walked in while this was going on didn’t even notice this was happening never mind they probably thought the white guy holding the door was doing it because it was his job. No one gives a shit no more, people in general are ass holes they don’t care about you and they don’t care about anything around them. If you cant change them….be like them. I see someone coming towards the door I make sure it slams in there face, why? Because if they had the same decision it would be slammed in my face. I learned after a couple of years of holding doors for people that no one gives a fuck. You look like a bitch holding the door some stupid ass mother fucker walks in and doesn’t even look at you never mind say thank you. You walk out like a bitch … your that mans bitch .. he owns you.
I have waited for a guy once just as he ran at the door I pushed it shut. When he walked in he looked at me and I looked at him .. like that’s right your a bitch I slammed the door in your fuckin face .. fuck face. I know its not nice and in a perfect world people would hold doors for people and say thank you. But we don’t, we live in a world of people that will cut there mothers throat for a buck.
Its the same when your trying to get off a bus or a train .. I push as many people as possible. I shove my way out like there is a fire and who ever is last is gonna burn a slow death. I shove my way through the door like its a fuckin Olympic race and I’m going for the damn gold medal bitch. Your Michael Johnson and I’m Donavan Bailey .. Because if you don’t act this way you will get stomped on. I’m in a train and I’m hopping over seats and babies to get to the door. Your in my way the elbows come out. I don’t give 2 fucks.
Driving your car on the streets? You should know how it is you either get through the lights or you sit behind everyone who will constantly cut around you no signals no brake lights .. in and out of traffic and pass you on the turning lanes. Pass you down the center median. So now I do the same, I see you trying to pass ill do the same .. shit I was going 140 along Mavis the other day and climbing because one women wanted to pass me even though I was doing like 90 in a 60 .. so as she began to speed up I did the same. Until we both were doing 140 and then she slowed down got in behind me and made a right turn. Crazy? Maybe .. but in our world of the careless and fuck you to get ahead this is the norm.

These people hate their lives, but have nothing to do but be content.
Do you ever feel trapped?
Hate winter? Your job? Taxes? The GTA?
You could probably say yes to most, or all of these.
Personally I would love to be somewhere hot all year round, and not have to work. Wouldn’t we all.
Follow your dreams? Yea, but. How would you be sure it would work out? You can’t be sure, and that’s why we suck and stay where we are.
For the last few years everyone would tell me to buy a house, and. I think, wow what an anchor. The more we have that anchors us to where we are, the smaller chance we have of changing what works, and go for the unknown.
What you will know is snow up to your ass, commuting 2-3 hours a day, high taxes, and a house so close to your neighbors you can hear them sleep.
Sounds like a shitty way to live the rest of your life. Slowly you go from being you, to just being another person waiting to go home so that you can wake up and go back to work in the morning.
Welcome to the real world. Escape is always an option.
Remember that time we saved Europe? Yea, that was pretty cool..
I saw someone selling poppies this morning for Remembrance Day and was just thinking, what did WWI and WWII have to do with Canada.
Yes, at the time we were a British colony, and we did send our superior soldiers over to Europe to fight, however you still hear people say about both bars that the soldiers died for our freedom.
In WWI they died for Britain’s freedom and in WWII they died for Europe’s freedom. Some people have said to me “If we didn’t fight, Hitler would have taken over Canada too!”. But realistically, Hitler still had a lot of Europe to finish take over before he had time to worry about Canada. He still had Central Asia, South Asia, The Middle East, and Russia to take over before he got to North America, and some of those countries weren’t pussies like the French, they wouldn’t have surrendered so fast. The Russians, Chinese, and Arabs would have kicked some ass, where as France and England would have just surrendered a week later if the Americans didn’t step in kick Hitler when he was down.
Anyways. We are grateful that our soldiers helped defeat the Nazis even though German France would have been much cooler. Let’s also remember that without Britain, we would have had no-one to sell Germany Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Mini…
Actually, I think all the veterans are dead now, so if you don’t wear a poppy, I guess you don’t have to feel like such a dick because your grandparents were Nazis..
Because you know this was probably a woman driver on the phone..
Anyways, you know “she” got caught. believe it or not, this happened in a suburb outside of Toronto, Canada. I though this stuff only happened in the US..
TORONTO — Canadians living in homeless shelters and rooming houses have a much shorter life expectancy than the general population – and poverty is not the only factor contributing to their premature deaths, researchers conclude.
In a 10-year study, researchers found the chance of surviving to age 75 among the homeless or inadequately housed is 32 per cent for men and 60 per cent for women, compared to 51 per cent and 72 per cent respectively for the lowest income group in Canada’s population.
To put that in perspective, the probability that a 25-year-old man living today in marginal housing would make it to age 75 is equal to the life expectancy of the average young male in 1921 – long before the advent of antibiotics and other life-saving treatments.
For homeless or poorly housed females, their chance of surviving to 75 is the same as women in the general population of Canada in 1956.

Beer... Weed... Money for beer and weed?
(se: Always surprises me that people are always doing studies on the obvious things. Did you expect that homeless people were living longer? The streets make them invincible? Noting that people in 3rd countries are usually homeless and don’t live long, wouldn’t that give you an indication of what is happening here to homeless people? How here’s one for you. Factor in drugs and alcohol. Does that have anything to do with it as well? Why are we doing a study on homeless people anyways? We pay taxes, homeless people get shelters, but don’t want to be in them because they don’t allow drug and alcohol use.. I wonder how long people that conduct stupid survey’s live? Hrmm…)
On the eve of the biggest immunization program in Canadian history, a new poll suggests roughly half of Canadians do not want the H1N1 swine flu vaccine.
According to a Strategic Counsel poll taken for CTV News and The Globe and Mail, 51 per cent of Canadians do not plan on getting vaccinated.
However, 67 per cent of those polled say they believe the vaccine is safe for adults and 59 per cent said the vaccine is safe for children.
The poll, which questioned 1,000 Canadians between Oct. 22-24, suggests most of the country is not overly worried about the H1N1 flu, even if people are taking precautions.
While 63 per cent of respondents say they have taken precautions against the H1N1 swine flu, 67 per cent of respondents say they are only a little worried or not worried at all about catching the flu.

The H1N1 vaccine might turn you into a NEWER mutant..
(se: Whoa. I believe that. I don’t want to get the shot either. What kind of testing has been done on this shot? It’s only been on the market as of late, and with H1N1 being under a year old, who knows what could happen. Maybe you begin to mutate, who knows.
Sure, people are going to die, and a lot of people would be sick, but look at bird flu. Whatever happened to that? Remember SARS? Wasn’t that supposed to come back and start wiping out mankind? I think I will pass on this..)
OTTAWA — Canadian travellers have been told they’re not welcome in Libya, in an apparent reprisal for Canada’s near tongue-lashing of Moammar Gadhafi.
Gadhafi cancelled a planned stopover in Newfoundland last month after the Harper government made public its intention to scold the Libyan leader over the hero’s welcome Libya gave a man convicted in the Lockerbie bombing.
Since then, Gadhafi has made clear to officials within Libya’s travel visa offices that no visas are to be granted to Canadians wanting to enter the country. That has left some Canadians who were part of recent tourist groups travelling in the Middle East and North Africa in the lurch.
Canada’s Foreign Affairs department says it is aware of the problems, and that Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon raised the issue when he met with Libyan officials last week in Tripoli.
Gadhafi drew international rebuke in August for throwing a huge welcome-home party for Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, who was released from a Scottish prison on compassionate grounds.
The national fete for a convicted terrorist outraged many, especially the relatives of the 270 victims killed in the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103.
A spokesman for Prime Minister Stephen Harper said the action “constituted an insult to all the victims who died, including Canadians.”

Come vacation in beautiful Libya!
(se: The interesting part is that it never seemed like there was a big tourist draw to go to Libya in the first place. I could understand people wanting to go to Dubai, or Lebanon, but Libya? Terrorist Gadhafi and his weird country are not really gaining much by not letting Canadians visit, and Canadians aren’t missing much by not being able to visit. I guess this a a win/win situation.
I have to call you back... Yea, I think I hit something..
Today the roads are safer.
Ontario’s ban on using cell phones while driving begins today. While making the odd 5 minute call here and there was good, being almost hit by some girl on a cell phone every time I hopped in m car wasn’t.
This is definitely a hot topic, however like most things we have to be fair and ban it for everyone. Not in this age can you can penalize the people that make this an issue, you have to make it wide spread.
I don’t think of any point where I left for work and just HAD to call someone soon as I hopped in my car, and then stay on the phone after I got to work, parked, and entered the building.
Women, who do you have to talk to first thing in the morning on the way to work?
I always use my headset anyways, and my calls are usually just a few minutes if I NEED to make a call.
Oh well.
At least I don’t have to worry about being hit as much.
I honestly thought that the Leafs just had to bond as a team. As a Leaf fan, I understand that everyone we have on our first 3 forward lines don’t deserve to even be in the NHL. However, I also have confidence that they can still win some games.
I figured tonight would be the night they would pull through for me and the other Leaf fans that are quickly jumping ship as it sinks. However, again they proved to me that it won’t be bonding that brings this team out of the bottom. It will take real players, some good old fashioned players that can actually score goals. The Leafs top forward is? Jason Blake? Grabovski? Poni? You know when you actually look over this team there is nobody other than the checking guys; Orr, Rosehill, and Mayers that should even be in the lineup. The defence isn’t bad, they aren’t as great as everyone thought they would be. But the forwards? My gawd!
You know I honestly think Brian Burke (GM) is actually trying to make the team better. But its not working, and I don’t know why and I’m sure he doesn’t either. We know that so far the Leafs couldn’t score a goal to save their lives. I think they made a big mistake sending Kadri down to the minors. Also Bozak and Hanson with Stralberg can make an impact in scoring. Stajan is a 3rd line guy. Blake; 3rd line. Ponikarovski; 3rd line. Grabovski is one of the only players on the Leafs that I know has talent however he is an East / West type player playing on a line with dump and chase players. Grabovski cant be grinding in a corner he needs to be flying down the ice with someone that can pass the puck and find him to score at full throttle.
I don’t know what to do or say, I keep expecting for them to come out of this funk, however I don’t think they are going to win a single game all October.
I thought about being a fan of Calgary or Edmonton, but although I like both teams, The Toronto Maple Leafs are what I grew up watching. They are my team and even though I may never see the day they win another Stanley cup. I pray that my son gets a chance to experience it for me.
