I see that at this very moment Leeroy is writing an entry about Drake, so since I had a few things on my mind about him, I figured I’ll write my own and see where our opinions stand.
I don’t care at all for drake. At first I thought it was Lupe Fiasco or something. I didn’t even know he was from Toronto. The sad part is that he got a little fame in music, ran off to the US to record with US rappers, and I can’t ever recall him mentionig Toronto in a song. Like you are from here, aren’t you Drake? Kardinal Offishal is from Toronto, and every song you hear from him, he represents Toronto. Kardinal is also a much better rapper. Unfortunately for us, a lot of hip-hop now is super mainstream, and super weak. When you hear Drake rap, you would think it’s maybe a new Justin Timberlake track. Anyways, it would be nice for you to rep up where you come from.

However, hey man, you did it. Most Toronto rappers don’t sell out that quick and never really get beyond Toronto or Canada. I guess some times you need to sell out to get where you wanna be, and now you have all the suburban white kids loving you. I can understand why Flow 93.5 plays your 3 songs back to back in between all the bullshit they normally play. You fit there right between house music, and garbage R&B. Pretty good for someone whose claim to fame is playing a handicap guy on a faggy Canadian TV show 20 years ago.

Funny enough, out of all people Lil’ Wayne. I am surprised he is still around, that dude came out and flopped, and now he’s getting some ghost written fame, and Drake is on his nuts. Rumor was that he was a fudge packer. Better watch your fudge!
Maybe you are living the American Canadian rap dream, but homie, I gotta give my props to the real hip-hop heads that represent where they came from. It’s always easy to sell out and get what you want, but eventually your core people will have no respect for you. Like this.
